I consulted Leeshma ma'am because I had anxiety and depressive features. It's been almost 3 months and I've had 5 sessions so far. I see a significant improvement in my life , the way I react to my triggers , the view I have about my life ahead. Therapy is a slow process but only when we have the insight to change we can change. She has helped me understand myself better , be kinder to myself and is helping me to overcome my limitations.

Dr Leeshma is an amazing doctor, having worked in NIMHANS has helped her diagnose the issue and give right therapy. She has helped us in amazing way. She listen to us patiently and guide us accordingly with right therapy. It has helped overcome the OCD issue tremendously. I am truly grateful for her for all the help she has provided to us.

I have been consulting Dr Leeshma for therapy over past 7 months. I was suffering from moderate depression and anxiety. Dr Leeshma has been empathetic, a good listener, respectful and guided me through the sessions to be the best version of myself. She has empowered me with tools to help myself incase I have any anxiety bouts or feel low emotionally. I have noticed a drastic change in my perspective, been able to release, accept and make peace with past negative patterns and trauma. Doctor is very friendly, patient, and tries to explain our situation and guides properly .. my OCD symptoms have reduced drastically...

Dr. Leeshma has helped me cope with massive anxiety and depression. She is very calm patient and friendly. She understands the problem and helps me to understand it too. During a very bad episode of anxiety ahe was able to guide me and calm me down I felt so comforted by her voice and presence. She remembers the sessions very well and is able to connect the sessions as well.
